- Your WhatsApp Business Account credentials (Phone Number ID, WABA ID, Access Token) are stored securely in our database to facilitate message sending and receiving.
- Messages sent and received through your WhatsApp Business Account are stored on our servers to display in your Bluetick inbox.
- We submit message templates to Meta on your behalf for approval as part of the WhatsApp Business API workflow.
- We do not share your WhatsApp message content or contact data with any third parties except Meta Platforms as required to deliver the WhatsApp Business API service.
- Your use of the WhatsApp Business API through Bluetick is also subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
